  Update: All worked out in the end. AFC finally admitted I was right. Actually it was both of the authorization companies that were incorrect, according to their office. I just wish they'd double-checked with the insurer when I asked. Original Post: Service was great (although I had to go to my primary to get a new antibiotic prescription as no pharmacy had the one prescribed). However, this $100 fee has yet to be satisfactorily explained. My insurance CSR says my $10 copay for urgent care is not subject to a deductible. Yes, the business says the money can be refunded, but it still makes no sense. .
