  While the front desk person seemed a little ‘abrupt’ - perhaps because they were so busy. To me, busy means they’re good at what they do. I was so apprehensive because of clostrophobia (sp) that I took a Valium prescribed by my dr. ...I was having a closed MRI..
  While I was waiting in the ‘prep’ room to goin.. A patient came out of the test saying “That was like a torture chamber”...that’s when I lost it... started to cry...not wanting to go in...but, then this Angel appeared.
  
  Her name is Taylor, and she came out to get me for the test. She assured me that all was going to be ok... she took her time - extremely patient - to go through everything that was going to happen. Telling me I was in charge, and I could stop the test at any time. I layed down on the bed... she gave me ear plugs and head sets for music asking what kind of music I liked.... She asked me if I wanted eye ‘pillows’ vs. saying blindfolds... I said yes. She told me she was lifting me bed, and that she’ll move me in slowly.
  
  She suggested I imagine myself someplace that I loved.... which for me was Sedona looking at the mountains and meditating. I did it! I was in the MRI closed machine and it was not bothering me AT ALL! Not the noise, not the closeness NOTHING! At one point, her voice came through my headset saying “11 min to go”.. and I didn’t care if it was 11 or 30!
  
  Hats off to Taylor - I gave her a hug when I was done... and then went for a Cold stone ice cream as a treat!
