  I experienced first class service upon arrival and departure. My service representative, Patrick McFarland, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and conversed with me respectfully. But, I was disappointed with the service I received regard to the air bag recall. The passenger side glove compartment is closed, but the leather that goes around the door is loose and is separated from the door frame. Additionally, the things in the glove box were not put back in the manner that they were found. This is the reason that I could not give a 5 star rating.
