  By far the best gym in the area! I've never had a coach that cared about his clients as genuinely as Ali. That's why I'm giving the place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and drive all the way from Sarasota to train.

  What can I say other then if it wasent for coach Ali tareh I would still be 330pounds he pushed me , motivated me and I learned so much that I still use it to this day feels like a family when your there and the workouts switch up when you start to get used to it he keeps you on your toes and during class helps out one on one telling you how to improve and just a great place and coach
