  Had to wait 55 mins to be seen and both times had to sit and listen to a group of people talking as loud as possible about their life and what not. So, so, so, very rude. Pretty sure same group of people from the first visit. Was talking on the phone. Blah blah blah blah! I would highly recommend the office putting up signs that say, "Please be QUIET. Patients are HEALING!" If you're going to make people wait an hour, sometimes hours, they should be comfortable. Other than rude caregivers in the lobby, the facilty and staff are fine. Invest in the signs!
