  It's about halfway between a local sub shop and a chain in terms of quality. Waaay better than subway. A good sub is all about the bread and the rolls at Jersey Mikes are just right. They slice the meat and put it directly on the sandwich. We had an Angus roast beef, classic Italian and a chicken parm sandwich. All were very good. A mini is fine for one person, a regular is large enough to have the second half tomorrow. Prices are reasonable, a little more than subway but a much better sandwich and well worth the difference.
