  Awesome customer service! Our large family switched over all our phones on different days which I am sure was a huge pain and very time consuming. Mark helped every family member switch over from iPhone to iPhone even though they were very busy. I also noticed how helpful and kind they were to the other customers. Kudos to all the employees at this location this is how a retail experience should be!!

  No customer service whatsoever. One of their team members was unprofessional, unpleasant and unhelpful and he did not sell me a phone due to the fact that all "computers were down" after he wasted my time for over half an hour. I went to a different t mobile and there were polite and helpful. I do not recommend this location.
